What we collect
The order request form is for adults only. We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, requested quantity, submission time, and confirmation that you agreed to be contacted. Please do not submit children’s information or payment details.
How we use it
YidPad uses these details to handle your order request and contact you to arrange payment and shipping. Submitting this form is not a completed purchase, and no payment is collected on the website. We do not sell order contact information or use it for advertising.
Parent Portal login
Parent login takes you to the existing YidPad Parent Portal at admin.yidpad.com, where you sign in with an email address and YidPad password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and the portal uses protected session cookies. The portal handles account details, tablet pairing, and parent controls. Existing accounts can complete a one-time identity confirmation to retain their paired tablets. Email verification and emailed password resets are not available until an email service is connected. Your order request does not automatically pair a tablet or grant access to another family’s device.
Storage and service providers
Requests are stored in a hosted database provided through the website’s hosting infrastructure. Our hosting providers process the information needed to operate the site. A daily, hashed network identifier is used to limit automated submissions. This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them.
Retention and your choices
We retain request information while handling your request and remove requests older than 12 months as part of routine form processing. You can withdraw your request or ask to access, correct, or delete your information by replying when YidPad contacts you. Providing a phone number is optional.
Order terms
YidPad is available now for $199 per tablet. Online payments are not available yet. Send an order request and we’ll contact you to arrange payment. Your purchase is confirmed only after payment is arranged. Any taxes, shipping charges, delivery timing, and final purchase terms will be confirmed before payment. Submitting a request does not reserve stock or guarantee a delivery date. Third-party content services may require separate accounts or subscriptions.
